1. General Information
- AllDance provides informal, recreational dance classes designed for adults aged 18+.
- Classes are taught in hired community spaces or studios.
- By booking or attending a class, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Class Bookings
- Spaces must be booked in advance via the AllDance website or booking form.
- Payment must be received before the start of the session to confirm your place.
- Drop-in spaces may be available depending on attendance, but cannot be guaranteed.
- Memberships are valid for one quarter (3 months) from the date of purchase and allow access to all scheduled sessions during that period.
3. Memberships and Payments
- Memberships are non-transferable and apply only to the named participant.
- Membership fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- AllDance reserves the right to adjust pricing or schedules with reasonable notice.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
By Participants
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a class may be eligible for rescheduling or credit (at the discretion of AllDance).
- No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance or late cancellations made within 48 hours of a class.
- Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases where AllDance cancels all remaining sessions in a term.
By AllDance
- If a class must be cancelled (e.g. venue issue, instructor illness, or low attendance), AllDance will notify participants as soon as possible.
- In such cases, members will be offered either a rescheduled class or a class credit toward a future session.
5. Health and Safety
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to take part.
- You must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or relevant concerns before class.
- Suitable clothing and footwear must be worn at all times.
- AllDance is not liable for personal injury or loss unless caused by proven negligence.
6. Personal Belongings
- AllDance and its venues are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought to class.
- Please keep valuables with you during sessions.
7. Photography and Media
- Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during classes for promotional use on AllDance social media and marketing materials.
- Participants can opt out by informing the instructor in advance.
8. Code of Conduct
- All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow dancers.
- AllDance reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a membership if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
